A few days ago, my husband and I met up for lunch at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. At the recommendation of our server, I decided to try the Maui Margarita, which is a mixture of a regular margarita and a mango margarita, with a “cactus juice” floater. The combination of these different colors/flavors gave the drink an interesting appearance, as each flavor was initially separated from the others. The Maui Margarita was pretty delish. I also had the crispy chicken salad, which was also pretty good, but had a lot of lettuce. My husband had the club sandwich with a loaded baked potato, which he seemed to enjoy.
Overall, Cheddar’s made for a great lunch date spot and I’m sure we will be back in the future. According to their website, there are six locations in the Central Florida area (Daytona Beach, Sanford, East Colonial, Semoran, Kissimmee, and West Melbourne). Check it out for yourself and let me know what you think.
